Join our Donate for Life Program

When you join the Donate for Life club, you receive a punch card to track your donations. Your card will be punched for each donation. After you accumulate three donations, you will have the option to redeem your card for a special donor gift. Or, you can continue to accumulate punches for one of the other donor gifts listed below. Once you redeem your card, you will receive a new Donate for Life punch card so that you can start accumulating punches for another gift.

• 3 Punches: T-Shirt, Tote, or Apron
• 6 Punches: Water Bottle, Pad folio, or Tea Tumbler
• 9 Punches: Backpack, Auto Kit, or Lunch Cooler
• 12 Punches: Fleece Blanket, Sport Duffle, or Travel Set
• 15 Punches: Thermos, Binoculars, or Biz Bag

When you reach four donations, you will receive an invitation to our annual Donor Appreciation Event. To Join the club. . . donate at a blood drive or come in to one of our donation centers.
