



Register
- Bring a valid photo ID.
- Complete a registration form with your medical history.
- Save time by filling out the Xpress Pass before your visit and bring your QR code.
If you are 16–17, bring a signed parent permission slip in either English or Spanish.
Complete the Health Screening
- We will check your blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and hematocrit (iron) level.
- You’ll answer a few questions about your health in a private setting.
You may be temporarily or permanently deferred based on FDA guidelines.
Donate
- A medical professional will clean your arm and insert a sterile needle.
- About a pint of blood will be collected.
- The donation will take 6–10 minutes.
Rest and Recover
- Spend at least 10 minutes eating and hydrating.
- Most donors feel fine and can return to normal activities afterward.
Schedule Your Next Appointment
- Ages 19 and older: Wait 56 days between donations.
- Ages 16–18: Wait 180 days (6 months) between donations.
We’ll do our best to notify you when your donation has been used.
Donor Qualifications:
- Be in good health.
- Weigh at least 110 lbs.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Donors 16–17 years old will need to bring a signed parent permission slip.
- Meet additional donor qualifications.
